This podcast kind of reminds me of what a yoga master known as BKS Iyengar said "Yoga has taught me to think of only working to live a useful life. The complexity of the life of the mind comes to an end at death, with all its sadness and happiness. If one is already free from that complexity, death comes naturally and smoothly. I have been going through a hard issue with family to get my boys back legally. I don’t know if it’s because I’m scared of my mom or the simple fact that I care to much. I have worked so hard to make myself better and it’s still never enough. I don’t go through this hell for me but only for my kids and my family. I sacrifice my comfort to make sure my kids don’t get taken from me. The second I go against my mother for even something that is wrong she keeps them from me. I enjoy listening to yal
